Schedule from Adoption to Holding the Workshop and Submitting the Report
|By February 28||Receive the adoption result|
|By March 31||Log in “Principal Investigator Login” above and revise the proposal as needed.|
|Two and a half months before the workshop||Start creating a poster (about one month)|
|At least one month before the workshop||Submit information on the persons to whom travel expenses and lecture honoraria will be paid (affiliation, position, name, email address).|
*Travel expenses will be paid for speakers and on-site participants requested by the Principal Investigator. In the case of online lectures, honoraria may be paid.

|Decide how to hold the workshop (online, hybrid, in-person)|

(1) Choose your preferred format: Zoom webinar or Zoom meeting.
(2) Decide if you will deliver on-demand.

Please prepare the following documents and submit them via “Principal Investigator Login” above.
Research Report: Approximately two pages in A4 size, free format
|Submit a manuscript of conference proceedings|
The proceedings will be published as MI Lecture Notes (online version: approximately 200 pages in color), or Mathematics for Industry (published by Springer).
In the case of the former, the proceedings should be published within the relevant fiscal year in principle, but this does not apply to the latter.
Disclosure Policy for Report
This report will be published on our website, except for personal information such as addresses. However, you can delay the publication for up to three years. If you wish to do so or keep a part of the report private, please indicate the reason in the appropriate column. Please note that even if you choose to keep the report private, it will be disclosed to the Committees of IMI Joint Usage/Research Center.
If there is a problem with the release of the report, please check the “not possible” box in the report, and indicate the reason and how long the release should be delayed.
Request for Acknowledgements
In accordance with the guidance from MEXT, we request that you include an acknowledgement when you publish the results of the joint usage research.
*Important* Without the acknowledgements, the research paper could not be counted as an achievement of the IMI.
